What we collect

When you register we collect your name, email address, and language preference, plus a securely hashed version of your password. As you participate, your account records each successful referral using only the referred person's first name, last initial, and mortgage closing date. No financial information about you or the people you refer is ever stored in or displayed by this portal.

How we use it

Your information is used to run the rewards program: tracking referrals, issuing rewards, and sending the emails the program needs to work (account confirmation, password resets, reward notices). Program news and reminder emails are sent only if you opted in, and every one includes an unsubscribe link.

Referred persons

If you were referred by a Ty Mortgage client, the portal shows that client only your first name, last initial, and closing date, so they can see their referral counted. Contact Ty Mortgage to have this entry removed.

Storage and sharing

Data is stored with Cloudflare and email is delivered through Resend. We do not sell personal information or share it with anyone except the service providers needed to operate the portal. Mortgage files themselves are handled separately by Tyron Kornelsen through Mortgage Architects and are not part of this portal.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information this portal holds about you. Email [email protected] and we will respond promptly. This portal is intended to comply with PIPEDA and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
